Chunky Charlie is the dog who inspired the original Chunky Charlie Dog food range and remains the much-loved face of the dog side of our family.

Lucky Lucy is the newest member of the family and the face of our dedicated cat-food range.
Is Lucky Lucy simply Chunky Charlie food for cats?
No. Cats and dogs have different nutritional requirements. Lucky Lucy is a dedicated cat range with formulations and feeding guidance created specifically for cats.
Are Chunky Charlie and Lucky Lucy the same company?
Yes. Lucky Lucy joins the Chunky Charlie family as our dedicated cat range.

How much should I feed my pet?

Storage and Serving
Should the food be kept frozen?
Follow the storage instructions for the specific product you purchase. Products requiring frozen storage should remain frozen until needed.
How should I thaw frozen pet food?
Follow the thawing instructions printed on the pack and on the relevant product page.
How long can I keep the product after thawing?
This differs between products. Please follow the storage and safe-handling instructions for the exact product you are using. This answer is deliberately product-specific because we already know the new raw products and existing ranges have different requirements.
Can I refreeze the food?
No, this isn’t healthy for cats or dogs. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
