Chunky Charlie & Lucky Lucy Online Launch Promotion Terms and Conditions | 8 October – 30 November 2026

1. Promotional Period
   The Chunky Charlie & Lucky Lucy Online Launch Promotion is valid from 8 October 2026 until 30 November 2026.
2. Promotional Price
   Qualifying Chunky Charlie & Lucky Lucy products will be available at a promotional price of R550 per box, including VAT, reduced from the regular selling price of R670 per box, including VAT. This represents a saving of R120 per box, equivalent to R10 per roll based on 12 rolls per box.
3. Online Purchases Only
   This promotion applies exclusively to qualifying products purchased through the official Chunky Charlie website at www.chunkycharlie.com. The offer does not automatically apply to purchases made through third-party retailers or physical stockists.
4. No Purchase Quantity Limit
   Customers may purchase any number of qualifying boxes during the promotional period, subject to stock availability, successful payment and applicable delivery arrangements. Customers may place multiple orders throughout the promotional period.
5. Delivery Charges
   A delivery fee of R165 applies per delivery and is charged separately from the promotional product price. Any additional delivery requirements or charges must be disclosed and agreed upon before the customer completes payment.
6. Stock Availability
   All promotional purchases are subject to product availability. If an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment, the customer will be contacted and offered an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
7. Payment and Order Confirmation
   Orders are subject to successful payment and confirmation through the online store. Adding products to a shopping cart does not reserve stock or guarantee the promotional price after the promotion has ended.
8. Promotion Expiry
   The promotional price applies to eligible orders successfully placed and paid for during the promotional period. From 1 December 2026, regular pricing will apply unless a new promotion is announced.
9. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights
   All purchases remain subject to Chunky Charlie’s applicable delivery, returns and refund policies, as well as customers’ rights under relevant South African consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these promotional terms limits any statutory consumer rights.
10. General Conditions
    The promotion may not be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers unless expressly stated. Chunky Charlie reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or administrative errors, subject to applicable law. Any changes to the promotion will be communicated through the official website and will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired through completed purchases.
